• Processing Time: All orders are verified, packed, and processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) before being dispatched from our fulfillment center.
• Shipping Time: Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery to your destination typically takes between 7 to 14 business days.
• Total Estimated Delivery Time: Please allow a total of 8 to 17 business days from the date of purchase for your item to arrive.

3. Order Tracking

As soon as your package is handed over to the shipping carrier, an automated confirmation email containing a tracking number and tracking link will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. You can monitor the progress of your shipment using this link.
